What does an architect do and what are the responsibilities?

As the architect, Bonura Building will provide preliminary design services (to determine project scope and budget); full architectural services (architectural design, CAD drafting package; building permit procurement); code conformance check, coordination of consultants (ie. survey, soils engineer, structural engineer); model building and 3-D rendering if required.
