How much does an architect cost for my project?

Generally, initial fees are projected at 9% to 15% of construction costs. This will fluctuate due to scope of work, complexity, and additional coordination required. Once the initial scope of work is established, a stipulated sum architectural proposal is submitted. We look at each individual project and determine the workload requirements to determine fees.
