Bonura
Building was founded in July, 1992, by principal
C.J. Bonura, a licensed architect and licensed
general contractor in the State of California.
After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
from the Southern California Institute of Architecture
(SCI-Arc), C.J. Bonura worked for Frank O. Gehry & Associates
for 6 years, prior to starting his own practice.
C.J. Bonura’s experience as an architect and
a general contractor is a valuable asset to his
clients.
The firm has worked exclusively in the Los Angeles
area. To date, the firm’s residential projects
include remodels, ground-up custom homes, and
restoration of mid-century modern architecture,
as well as commercial remodels. Generally, Bonura
Building takes on projects with a budget of $300,000
and up, with an average per square foot price
starting at $120 for interior remodeling, and
$300 per square foot for new additions. However,
depending on scheduling, smaller projects are
considered. Design/build services are also offered. |
