ARCHITECTURE / DESIGN Under the direction of C.J. Bonura, our design team has extensive experience in residential and commercial design and construction. The knowledge and experience in both of these disciplines is a valuable asset in the successful realization of our client’s projects. All design associates have received degrees in Architecture. CJ Bonura is a licensed Architect and a licensed General Contractor in the State of California. CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISORS Our team of construction supervisors bring years of valuable building experience to Bonura Building, from remodeling projects large and small— to higher end ground-up custom homes and commercial build-outs. Attention to detail is of the utmost importance. Our supervisors work as efficiently and effectively as possible to process information and execute your project with the finest of results.   OFFICE SUPPORT STAFF Our office support staff is here to assist our clients, vendors and subcontractors to insure that information is communicated as efficiently as possible to our employees in the field and within the office. Our staff’s daily duties require processing information with the accuracy and efficiency of a trained accountant. Bonura Building office staff works with banks to process the most complicated construction loans, insuring that funds flow through the proper channels. IN-HOUSE CONSTRUCTION CREW In addition to the relationships Bonura Building maintains with our subcontractors, we also have an in-house crew of carpenters and laborers to handle the finer details of our projects. Bonura Building is capable of “self performing” smaller projects that require demolition, framing, door and window installation as well as finish carpentry, and any complex assemblies that can challenge many other subcontractors, and prove to be too small for our larger subcontractors. This enables Bonura Building to control costs and schedules on smaller jobs.
