BELOIT AVE

Beloit was one of Bonura Building’s biggest projects in the early days of the company. Designed by fellow SCI-arc graduate Craig Burdick, Beloit was built for Linda and Grant Seltzer, owners of the well known furniture showroom Jules Seltzer Associates. As one of our larger builds, the project was about one third remodel and two thirds addition which all together came in roughly at about $220 per square foot.

The project had an immense amount of detailing and multiple forms that went into it, proving to be a challenge to coordinate the architect with the design intent. Luckily, the clients were very enthusiastic and worked to achieve the perfect harmony of design, production and affordability.
