For this project, the owner had purchased two separate businesses in the Bay Area, and wanted to house them in one retail location.  The owner provided the existing storefront and Bonura Building gutted it, creating an opening in the side facade and created the sculptural eve elemental that became the marquis for the neon fireplace sign.  The interior was filled with working gas and electric fireplaces with unique scenarios for each fireplace exhibit.
