Navy Street was originally a 2-unit duplex that we converted into on two story residence. The massing and envelope was carefully and elegantly crafted by Chu+Gooding Architects. The fenestrations, light and simplified detailing made this project a great build. Budget was a big concern, so we all kept to the plans and built what the client could afford. A very handsome project in the end.
