LONGDALE LANE
Longdale Lane was a major renovation to an existing post and beam mid-century modern house in the Hollywood Hills. Don Stewart of Desiderata Design was the designer and painstakingly designed each and every corner of this house. Bonura Building did assist in means, methods and detailing of this project all during the construction phase. This home was designed for a well-known celebrity musician who liked the minimalist aesthetic of the period. The existing home was nearly gutted and remodeled throughout. All the finishes were redesigned and reinstalled with new doors and windows, Italian cabinetry, basalt tile as well an exterior poured in-place concrete wall/steel structure that supported glass and a honed out exterior tub and koi pond.
